We’ve been pretty silent in the blogosphere for just over a month now so first off we’d like to say sorry to all of our regular readers.

If you were wondering where we’d gone there is no need to look far as we’ve been working long and hard on the development of our brand new website which has now launched!

Presuming you have clicked the above link and returned to this blog, not getting too caught up in the worldly bathroom delights our new site delivers; we’ll continue grovelling due to our lack of blogging and also tell you how great the new website is.

After months of living off energy drinks, shouting and midnight kebabs as we worked long into the night, our new website is finally finished, but don’t be fooled, this is just the beginning.

We can finally start enjoying talking about bathrooms again after a long stint of screaming with blood shot eyes at our monitors plastered with freestanding baths that won’t upload in the early hours of the morning.

Before we start writing about the latest trends in bathroom chic, we’ll start by telling you about our lovely new site and how it will now benefit our buyers.

www.bathroomcity.co.uk now provides a system where you can buy your entire suite online and have it delivered directly to your door. Gone are the days of placing your order online and then having to call during office hours to confirm and pay for your order.

This new functionality supplies a wealth of obvious advantages to our customers, making it easy for you to shop online any time of the day, make a payment online and take advantage of the exclusive offers on our website.

Our new website is also much easier to use then before, allowing you to shop by category, by brand or by directly using the search bar to find precisely what you’re after, great for those who need a particular product and don’t want to waste their time scanning an entire website with a fine tooth comb.

As ever, Bathroom City has focussed a lot on our beloved brands as we feel it’s important to promote the quality each of our featured brands offers, as well as being able to offer unique reductions on certain products thanks to our close relationship with leading manufacturers.

Hot Tubs

If you’ve visited our Seeleys Road showroom recently, you may have noticed the sounds of drilling, hammers thumping and the sloshing of paint coming from the back of our showroom, and you’d be right in thinking we’ve got something up our sleeve.

We’ve got something very large up our sleeve in actual fact (no innuendos please); we’re starting a new venture selling luxury hot tubs from our Seeleys road showrooms. 

Without giving too much away the latest addition to our showroom will be a haven for premium wellness products, with our first three hot tub designs currently in production in Canada by Coast Spas.

It’s becoming more apparent that the ‘home spa’ is an essential part of the modern home, providing a luxury escape, whether it’s a hot tub, sauna or even a whirlpool bath.

Recently, hot tubs have become more prominent in the mainstream media, with newspapers such as the Sunday Times and programmes like The One Show both producing features on hot tubs.

With summer approaching and the sun finally breaking through the usually very grey British skies, what better time to start thinking about creating a tropical paradise in your own home.

Jacuzzi is certainly no stranger to the bathroom market, being at the forefront of technology since their invention of the whirlpool bath in the 1950’s.

Bathroom City has been affiliated with Jacuzzi since our establishment in 1986, and has continually stocked the latest designs and technology.

Not only does Jacuzzi feature in our showrooms on a regular basis but also on our blog!

Yes, if you hadn't noticed we simply love talking about Jacuzzi, why? Because the prestigious brand has so much going on, whether it be new products, events or technology, Jacuzzi has got to be one of the most active brands in the bathroom industry.

Combining a perfect solution of style and functionality, the famous whirlpool designer is edging its way more and more into people’s homes, with the development of more compact whirlpool technology and a range of designs which can accompany almost any bathroom setting, extinguishing the need for a huge open space for a hot tub to unwind.

Previously, we’ve perused lesser know products by Jacuzzi, concentrating on the vast range of sanitaryware the brand has to offer; this time though, we’ll be looking at the one of the brands most applauded collections, whirlpool baths.
