I would like to express my appreciation for the service provided by all those at Bathroom City. The sales people were happy to provide advice on the products. I made numerous calls to the despatch office regarding amending my order and was really impressed by the service provided. Especially the lady who kindly agreed to let me add the vanity unit on to my delivery for the following day with only hours to spare. The staff were at all times courteous, super efficient and helpful. The delivery arrived nice and early and the driver inspected all the items to ensure they were in perfect condition. The WC I bought was at least £100 cheaper then elsewhere and I was really pleased with the quality.
