The Hot Tub Diet

The media is often the harbinger of 101 fad diets, miracle workouts and ‘get a six pack by eating pizza’ related ideas, and more often then not they can be worked into the average lifestyle with some effect.

With all the work going on in our showroom developing the latest extension to Bathroom City, our hot tub department we’ve been looking into some of the not so obvious benefits of owning a hot tub and stumbled upon this unusual approach to dieting.

The hot tub diet allows enthusiastic dieters to ditch the treadmill and small meals for relaxing and personal thinking time, a much easier option that apparently is even more effective, according to the author of the Hot Tub Diet book, Bridget Praytor.

Check out the article from The Mail Online if sitting engulfed in warm massaging bubbles sounds like your kind of exercise.

Stay up to date with our blog, Facebook and Twitter (@bathroomcity) to find out more about the developments of Bathroom City’s latest hot tub venture.
