The media is often the harbinger of 101 fad diets, miracle
workouts and ‘get a six pack by eating pizza’ related ideas, and more often

treadmill and small meals for relaxing and personal thinking time, a much
easier option that apparently is even more effective, according to the author
of the Hot Tub Diet book, Bridget Praytor.
Check out the article from The Mail Online if sitting
engulfed in warm massaging bubbles sounds like your kind of exercise.
